At Nexgrill, we want you to be fully satisfied with your outdoor cooking experience; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team or log into your Nexgrill account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included.

  • 3.
    Attach Shipping Label

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned grill or accessory, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
